Because these are digital products, they are non-returnable once accessed, activated, or downloaded.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

If you are charged more than once for the same course or service due to a payment error.

3.2 Inaccessible Content

If you are unable to access the purchased content due to a verified technical issue from our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days.

3.3 Non-Activation

If the purchased course or test series is not activated or delivered within 48 hours after successful payment.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You did not complete or use the course.
  • Your exam has passed or you no longer require the product.
  • You did not verify course suitability before purchasing.
  • Partial usage of a course or test series.

    • Date of purchase
    • Registered email ID
    • Clear reason for refund request

Review Timeline

  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your purchase before accessing or activating the course by emailing our support team.
  • Once the course, mock test, or digital content has been accessed, activated, or downloaded, cancellation is no longer permitted.
