At HigherEd For All Private Limited, we strive to offer high-quality educational content and mock test services to help students achieve their competitive exam goals. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be considered.
2. Digital Product Nature
All our offerings, including courses, mock tests, and study materials, are digital products. As such, they are non-returnable once accessed or downloaded.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment: If you are charged more than once for the same course.
- Inaccessible content: If you are unable to access purchased content due to technical issues from our end, and support fails to resolve the issue within 7 working days.
- Non-activation: If the course or test series is not activated/delivered within 48 hours after payment.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not provide refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not complete or use the course.
- Your exam has passed or you no longer require the product.
- You did not verify course suitability before purchasing.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email info@higheredforall.in within 2 days of your purchase.
- Include the transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for the refund.
- Our support team will evaluate your request and respond within 2–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a purchase before accessing the course by emailing us. Once accessed or downloaded, cancellation is no longer possible.
